Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition to qualify for a refund.
- Any items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- Contact Us – Before sending your return, please email our support team at pocketpalette2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the Product – Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us.
- Refund Processing – Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in good condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- We do not cover return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.
- If the returned item is damaged or does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Pocket Palette is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your return shipment is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number for reference.
